Brompton World Championship 2008

The 3rd Brompton World Championship was held on Sunday 28th September 2008 at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, as part of the Bike Blenheim Palace event.

The event was deemed to be a great success by all those who took part: the weather was beautiful and it seemed that everyone involved thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A full race listing with lap break down is now available, as is a full listing of the team event.

The Brompton World Championship is a race: participants of the 2008 event were timed whilst completing two laps (each 6.5km) of a specified course, as in previous years.

Prizes were awarded for the fastest competitors in the following categories: Men, Women, Junior (14 - 18), Veteran (50 plus) and Team, as well as Best Dressed.
